Overview

Yorkshire Gardens consist of 102 units and was originally built in 1926 as four six-story apartment buildings in Flushing, Queens. The brick buildings were converted to condominiums in 1985. A few years later, Caspi Development purchased a controlling block of unsold units which are still owned today.
