The Barker Avenue property was purchased by Caspi in 1988. The six-story building, built in 1957, boasts 72 rental apartments and offers 51 off-street parking spaces, as well as 17 garaged spaces near the vibrant downtown area of White Plains.

Caspi Development acquired 21 Kentucky Ave in 2008 and gut-renovated the 26 units, equipping them with all new kitchens, bathrooms, and common area enhancements. Within a year, it was net leased out to a veterans housing program designed to assist soldiers who were returning from war with addiction issues and mental illness.

Caspi Developments’ first foray into the condominium development of South Florida sold out in one week. The 12-unit, 10,000 square foot project is just five blocks from the premier Bal Harbor shops in Bal Harbor and one block from the famous Palm restaurant.

After the success of The Retreat, Caspi Development raised the bar of design once again with Eleven, a 14-unit project just blocks from Lincoln Road and the South Beach coast. In 2007, an Italian group purchased the project to house tourists from Italy.

In 2006, Caspi Development acquired and converted a historically preserved 28-unit mid-century modern apartment complex in South Beach into a high-end condominium development, successfully selling out the project in 18 months. Yorkshire Gardens consist of 102 units and was originally built in 1926 as four six-story apartment buildings in Flushing, Queens. The brick buildings were converted to condominiums in 1985. A few years later, Caspi Development purchased a controlling block of unsold units which are still owned today.

Located on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, 45 5th Avenue is a 16-story red brick and limestone building built in 1925. The building has 63 spacious one-bedroom apartments and a magnificent penthouse. It was converted to cooperative ownership in 1982.

The Buckingham was built in 1937 and contains a total of 91 apartments and an underground garage with approximately 30 rentable parking spaces. It was converted to cooperative ownership in 1981.

This five-story building, built in 1929, contains a total of 94 apartments and an underground garage with approximately 24 rentable parking spaces. It was converted to cooperative ownership in 1982.

A 39-unit English manor-style development, Wyndham Close exceeded market expectations regarding both value and sell out time.
