Three law firms have leased over 23,600 s/f of space at 120 Bloomingdale Road in White Plains, the 145,000 s/f office complex and former Nestlé headquarters acquired by Faros Properties and Caspi Development in late 2012.

Sitting on six acres and standing four stories high, 120 Bloomingdale Road is undergoing the final phase of extensive renovations that will outfit the property with an elegant lobby, modern conference room, state-of-the-art gym space, upscale café, private terraces and more.

With “attractive” rents and the ability to lease window space for private offices without excessive interior square footage, the property is highly appealing to law firms, according to brokers.

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s executive managing director Gregory V. Frisoli and senior managing director Lawrence (Larry) A. Ruggieri serve as leasing agents.

Fentin and Goldman, a firm specializing in residential real estate, and the Law Offices of Joseph R. Miano signed for approximately 3,400 s/f and 3,600 s/f, respectively.

Cabanillas & Associates — which was previously located at Caspi’s Renaissance Corporate Center at 235-245 Main Street in White Plains — signed for 16,800 s/f, with access to a 5,550 s/f terrace.

Cabanillas is a full-service law firm specializing in real estate foreclosure defense, bankruptcy, and immigration, and is dedicated to investing in the local community by supporting those who need assistance most. The entire staff speaks fluent Spanish.

“We are expanding our firm and were seeking an accessible property that could house our offices on one floor,” said Norman Wekselman, a spokesman for Cabanillas & Associates. “We’ve worked with Caspi Development in the past, and it was a great experience.”

“We are thrilled that we could continue to meet the space and growth needs of Cabanillas by facilitating their move from the Renaissance Corporate Center to 120 Bloomingdale Road,” said Joshua Caspi, principal of Caspi Development. “Our goal is to continue to bring outstanding tenants to this iconic property.”

“This completely reimagined office space was designed to attract tenants and offer them a long-term home,” said Alexander Leventhal, co-founder and managing partner of Faros Properties.

“The building offers such amenities as private terraces on the fourth floor, dedicated parking, and a soon-to-be open gourmet café.”

120 Bloomingdale Road is centrally located to offer an easy commute for both train and car travelers. The location also provides quick access to the downtown area of White Plains. Current tenants of the building include Oxman Tulis Kirkpatrick Whyatt & Geiger L.L.P., and Keller Williams Realty.
