History

Caspi Development’s history stretches back to the 1950s, when Joseph Caspi – who owned and operated several clothing companies – leaped into the real estate realm. He acquired numerous high-profile apartment buildings in Manhattan, the Bronx and Westchester County, earning and upholding a reputation as a rental property expert until his passing in 1990. Joseph Caspi’s notable properties included the Grand Concourse Hotel in the Bronx; he also founded the Sephardic Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Brooklyn.
