For Joshua Caspi, stepping into the real estate domain was a matter of course. He has been working in development since 1999, bringing his hands-on approach to a slate of high-rise hotel, office and residential buildings throughout Westchester, Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx and Long Island. Among Mr. Caspi’s capstone projects are the Renaissance Corporate Center in downtown White Plains and the Waverly apartments in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn.
Mr. Caspi attended Boston University prior to beginning his career in real estate. He started by tackling concrete superstructures on the Upper West Side, helping to develop a branch of the New York Public Library and Columbia University. In the mid-2000s, Mr. Caspi successfully developed several high-end, for-sale condominium projects in South Florida, including The Retreat in South Beach.
Mr. Caspi lives in Rye Brook, New York with his wife and children, he currently sits on the board of the Mental Health Association of Westchester. and is involved with the UJA Federation, the White Plains Business Improvement District, and numerous other non-profits.
